Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds can only be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns are only accepted for missing or incorrect items, and must be supported by a full, unedited video of the parcel opening—from start to finish.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

    • The packaging must be intact and unopened.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed by our team.

  • Return reviews may take between 7 to 10 business days.

  • If a parcel is refused at the time of delivery, it can only be resent after 75% advance payment is made.

  • Exchanges are only applicable in cases where expired products have been delivered.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that are damaged (partially or fully) during delivery.

  • Claims made after the 14-day grace period.

  • Requests without proper video proof of parcel opening.

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

  • Wrong product confirmation by the customer during the confirmation call.
